Hi, I’m Ruairi.
I care deeply about people, their stories, and the distinct paths they carve out in work and life.
Much of my work centres on the technology sector, supporting software engineers, product managers, customer advocates, operations specialists, and leaders across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and beyond. I understand the pace, the specific hiring cycles, and the very real pressures of the industry, from startup scaling and reorganisations to navigating corporate transitions.
At the same time, career challenges are deeply human. I regularly work with clients from various backgrounds who are changing direction, returning from career breaks, navigating neurodivergence, or simply feeling stuck, overlooked, or uncertain about what comes next.
My approach is calm, encouraging, and rigorously practical. There is no rigid script or one-size-fits-all framework, just inclusive, accessible, and dedicated support to help you recognise your strengths and take meaningful steps forward for you and your future.
